Hi Andrew

I just love this site!  Was so thrilled when I discovered it.  I am eagerly awaiting my first White Horses dvd now, I think you are doing all of fans proud in recreating the series with subtitles. My very favourite show ever and now I will be able to see Julia and Boris again!  What a wonderful experience.  Thank you so much,
Julia x

I just heard this theme song in my car and decided to try to find out what it came from, I thought the music was from a sixties cycling series (Dutch I think). Was this music borrowed as it fitted so well with the cycling theme, similar in a way to horse riding, then the horsey lyrics added?
By the way, this is a great site, very well done!

I found the link on you tube. I remember this series as a child and I loved it. I am looking forward to the series being on DVD. I love the theme music and it brings back so many memories of innocence and childhood. A great site to get me lost in nostalgia and dreams.

I remember this show from my childhood especially in the summer holidays! I saw the theme tunes over the weekend on one of those 100 top childrens show shows and I was telling my 6 year old horsey mad daughter all I could remember about it and when she saw the you tube clips she was hooked! We cant wait to get our hands on a copy of the dvd when will it possibly be released!? Thanks

Hi Andrew

I came across your site via the You Tube footage, quite by chance when I was researching White Horses for my own blog http://reelcool.blogspot.com/ I'm really impressed with what you have achieved on your website and amazed that footage of the series still exists. I wish you all the very best of luck getting the series released on DVD. I'm sure there's audience out there dying to relive the past/ I know when I showed my wife and someof my collegues the You Tube footage there was a deafening chorus of "Ooh, ahhs and I remember that, it's so lovely, I wish we could see it again."

The main task is to find out who owns the rights to the series and then contact a publisher / retail outlet with experience of marketing and distributing this type of title. I'd try Tim Beddows at Network DVD first. They published the Singing Ringing Tree, Flashing Blade and other TV classics.

Good luck and good hunting
